Ceritalah Lagi...

(tajuk entry ini mengingatkan aku pada satu buku cerita masa kecik2... sangat suka!... ada lagi ke publisher tu eh?)

Sebelum tido, aku akan cuba sedaya- upaya bacakan bedtime storybook to AZA, kalau tak sempat baca (sbb dia yg tutup lampu, he decides tau) aku akan bercerita dgn dia... selalunya aku bercerita pasal aeroplace dan popeye... tak kiralaaa popeye tu naik aeroplane nak pegi sekolah ke (kaya betul popeye skarang), popeye jual kuih keliling kampung ke... aku akan tetap bercerita... kadang2 tu aku sengaja tukar karakter nama Ahmad ke, Abu ke... dia tetap nak nama popeye... layan jek laa..

until this one nite, at exactly 2 mlm yg lepas... aku pon cam biasa berceritalaaa dgn dia... bila dekat nak abis, AZA merengek... "Mommy, Adam want milk!"... aku balas, "Sabar ye, the story's not done yet"... tapi sbb aku kesian, aku pon terus endkan cerita aku tu dgn THE END (mmg aku make sure aku stress kan ayat ni, so that he knows it's finished)

then, aku senyap... aku nak tgk dia still lagi nak susu ke tak...

Suddenly... dgn suara dia yg perlahan2 ala2 separuh berbisik...
"Adam want milk... Adam pon cry... huhuhuhu... Tokwan pon tanya... Nape ni, Adam? Adam want milk laa Tokwan... Tokwan pon cry... huhuhuhu... THE END"...

semalam aku buat root canal treatment... Masha Allah, sakit gila ok!
aku dah pegi dentist dah pagi Sabtu tu, setelah jumaat mlm tu aku takleh tido...
tapi takde pulak dr. yg panel tu... so balik dgn painkiller di tangan jek laa, dorang suh datang balik Monday...
haa malam tu aku sudah tido duduk! baring pon tak boleh... lahai!

so semalam, aku dah pegi dgn semangat juang yg tinggi... aku lagi taknak layan sakit waktu malam, aku rela layan sakit masa treatment yg mcm sakit nak beranak tu! (ok, yg ni aku exaggerate skett, sbb aku pakai epi hehehe)... mula2 tu ada ke dr. tu nak main drill jek tanpa meng'numb'kan jaw aku? tentu2 aku kasik jerit 'adik manja' aku tuh, then baru dr. tu tanya "sakitkah?"... nak jek aku jawab "takde laa dr. saya mmg suka jerit2 guna suara halus saya ni"... tapi tak laa kan... aku tak mampu menjawab apa2, hanya airmata sipi2 yg nak tumpah tu jek yg mampu menjawab soalan dia...
lantas dia bercakap pada nurse dia (yg aku tak paham... sbb guna mother-tounge mereka)... nurse tu sudah keluarkan satu pencocok yg bapak besar jarumnya... terus laa dia cucuk tang sini, dia cucuk tang sinun... dan tak lama selepas tu, terasa mungil laa bibirku ini...

so kesimpulannya, dr. baru buat yg bawah... yg belah atas dia kata aku kena datang balik, sbb dia kesian kat aku.. kalau buat 2-2 alamat penat la aku nganga...
oh shit! nak kena ngadap bapak jarum tu lagikah????

Men In Tutus

Salam...

Me and suamiku went to watch this performance yesterday... 'twas superb! Loved it... I'm not a big fan of ballet myself, prolly the thought of my incapability doing those spins, twirls, stand-on-your-toes (which are almost impossible kot)... hehehhe... but this show was something different... maybe they injected humor in it...

I was kinda afraid to bring MAM along at first, since I know he doesnt fancy ballet either... esp seeing men in tutus (memula tu nampak macam drag show!) But he liked it sebab funny and yeah... 'twas my treat :) (happy 13th anniversary, B...) bukan kawin, declare dulu2...

For me it was damn funny ok! Imagine those dancers are well- built (body ketul2), but they danced ballet like they have been doing that all their lives... so graceful together with the storyline from famous tales eg The Dying Swan and The Swan Lake, also they did Duet (famous ballet performance yg ada laki menari dgn perempuan tu)... and the funny part mostly came from the way they wanna potray that they are guys... TAK SHAVE BULU KETIAK, ok!!!!

overall I give them 4 out of 5... best!

ok, dah boleh cerita balik pasal celebration semalam...
siangnya tu, kami banyak melepet kat rumah MIL ku... saja2 dia datang panggil makan... yeay, takyah masak

then, bila dah petang after asar, we went out... first suamiku kata nak beli kasut coz he desperately need one...
so sudah ajak aku teman... aku ikut jek laa, coz straight from there, we'll have our dinner...

dengan tidak disangka2... aku jua mendapat 'tamparan'... bukan satu... tapi DUA!

muka nak makan... dah lapar... nasib baik ada kosong, sbb org fully booked the place dah!

by this time, heroku AZA dah show some signs nak demam! kesian dia... Musim sangat ke skrg ni???

sini laa kami bersantap... sungguh berharap dapat jumpa si amy.. takde :(

Mommy's Day

Salam...

Mommy's day is today... so awal2 MAM dah tanya nak dinner kat mana tonite? so I just said, suka hati, awak yg nak belanja... at first he wanted to go to VS, tapi bila dah gerak from rumah ibu mertuaku, dia kata lets try something else laa, bosan pulak dgn steak2 ni...
so.. kami pon ke Restoran Cheng Ho @ Wangsa Maju.. ala, si Amy Search punya...

tapi hariku juga bertambah gembira sebab dapat hadiah... hehehe... (tak sia2 aku pregnant dan hadap sakit contraction ok...) dapat hadiah lagi... dah laa makan free... Alhamdulillah... kalau camni boleh pregnant lagi.. ekkekekek...

Hadiah esok aku tunjuk... takde laa seberapa.. tapi yg penting, gratis! hehehhe... dah nak tido dah ni... esok keja! tata!

Mode: Sakit

Salam...

I was 'out' for few days... sorry about that! I was spending my "Laborday- weekend" at the hospital to be exact, and had to take 2 days extra until yesterday to babysit my AZA... he was admitted for food poisoning... poor baby! (lauk kenduri kawin, please dont put the idea of yours truly masak ntah hapa2 ye? I masak baik punya!) My hubby got affected, too... but luckily, he only had to go for few rounds to see Dr. TAN... :) then he's fine...

It was so heart wrenching to see my baby tied to that IV drip (4 bottles for that 3D-2N stay at that 'hotel'), he was begging us to take that thing out of his hand so that he can 'jalan- jalan'... he's active, so when seeing him like that, it made me felt helpless... sedih bangat! When the dr came for his ward- visit on our last day, and seemed hesitant to let us out, I pleaded... I couldn't stand to see my boy like that, neither do I to stay there for another 24 hours... rimas weh! I wanna see sunlight... I wanna breathe real air... and I wanna see him running around, yeap, that's the most important thing! The dr made me promise to make sure my son drinks plenty of fluids, to keep him hydrated... "Aye aye, Captain!" and we chow! tata... we are going home...

Once home, my son healed quicker than we expected... he's back! Alhamdulillah!!! He's running, singing, 'joget'ing and watching his fav tv programs... OK sayang, no more check-ins to the hospital ye, Insya Allah... get well soon!!! Mommy and Daddy loves you! (Oh ye, yours truly pon dah sakit2, muntah2 starting from Monday aritu... lambatnya effect makanan tu terjadi padaku... ke antibody dah tak kuat... batuk pon dah lama tak baik2 ni??? Any tips???)

I should be admitting:

"You kan private hospital, what's with this snail-like service to check us in? My baju smell my son's muntah already..." Then after checking out, "Why your nurses keep checking my son's temp every half an hour, shouldn't this be a place for him to rest? ummm and do you mind, I'm sharing a single- bed with my husband here, we could appreciate some privacy (not that we are doing anything, tapi org Melayu kan, sogan den!)... and yada-yada-yada..."
